Front Porch Restoration
Built with Strength. Finished with Quality. Backed by Integrity.
Larry Greene’s front porch was experiencing significant structural issues due to the additional weight of an A-frame porch roof. Our team took on the project with a focus on safety, structural integrity, and preserving the beautiful country style of his home.
We addressed the underlying structural concerns by installing properly constructed footings extending 4 feet deep and measuring 18 inches wide, along with appropriate bracketing and new load-bearing supports. We incorporated beautiful, sturdy 6x6 posts to provide the necessary support while complementing the home’s rustic character.
To complete the transformation, we built a new composite deck and installed metal railings for added durability, safety, and a clean, finished appearance. The project continued with additional improvements, including a ceiling, lighting, and extended railing along the stairs.
We also helped Larry navigate the insurance process and secure coverage for his roof and gutters, providing additional value beyond the original porch restoration.
More Than a Construction Project — It’s About People.
Larry is a 77-year-old Vietnam veteran, and serving him was about more than building a beautiful, dependable porch. It was an opportunity to show our appreciation through hard work, honest service, and attention to detail.
At our company, we believe every project deserves our best, and every customer deserves to be treated with respect. We take pride in going above and beyond to deliver quality craftsmanship and solutions our customers can feel confident in for years to come.
Quality work. Honest service. Going above and beyond — every time.
Custom Outdoor Living Space Transformation
What was once an ordinary asphalt parking lot has been transformed into a fully customized, private outdoor retreat designed for comfort, style, and functionality.
We began by removing the existing asphalt and installing a new concrete surface to create a clean, durable foundation. From there, we constructed a custom 7-foot-tall redwood privacy fence supported by steel posts for added strength and stability. Every section of the redwood fence was hand-stained in Cordovan Leather, creating a rich, refined finish that brings warmth and character to the space.
To complete the transformation, we added a custom pergola that enhances the area's appearance while creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxing and entertaining.
The finished project showcases our commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and attention to detail. By combining durable materials with custom features, we turned an underutilized parking lot into a beautiful, private outdoor living space built to be enjoyed for years to come.
Your vision. Our craftsmanship. Extraordinary results.
